We are a skilled and professional team of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists providing a variety of services to individuals of all ages. We are passionate about increasing independence which in turn assists in maintaining optimal health and wellbeing.

Our Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services are tailored to meet the unique needs of every stage of life—whether it is helping children develop essential skills, supporting adolescents through life’s transitions, enhancing adult productivity, or improving quality of life for seniors. We’re here to provide expert care, build capacity, and help every individual thrive.

We offer services within our clinic, centrally located in Prospect, as well as providing mobile services. We can visit you in the comfort of your own home, unit, childcare setting, school, retirement village, residential aged care facility and community setting.

Being person-centred is how we assist with meeting your needs and goals. The focus is on what is important to you; we work hard to ensure person-centred care is central to the delivery of all our services. We are happy to work with you and relevant others such as family members/carers/support persons to facilitate in providing the best care and developing specific and attainable goals. We have extensive experience working within multi-disciplinary teams and can work closely with other medical and Allied Health disciplines (such as Medical Professionals, Exercise Physiologists, Speech Pathologists and Dietitians) to provide an integrative approach in reaching your goals.

Our experienced team specialise in a range of Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy services which include:

• NDIS services including functional capacity assessments, assistive technology assessments, home safety assessments minor and major home modifications therapeutic services and more. We are a NDIS registered provider.
• Home Care Package services including, home safety assessments, equipment assessments and equipment prescription, activities of daily living assessments, therapeutic services, education and training and more.
• Return To Work services including, activities of daily living assessments, pain education, equipment prescription, home safety and modifications assessments, ergonomic and manual handling training and more.
• CTP including activities of daily living assessments, pain education, equipment prescription, home safety and modifications assessments, ergonomic and manual handling training, injury treatment programs and more.
